Sita, the heroine of Thai literature renowned as the most beautiful woman, is much like 'Piengfa,' a woman so strikingly beautiful that she became Miss Siam in 1938. Fate brings her face to face with 'Mom Chao Ying Warinlada,' an elegant, foreign-educated noblewoman who commands attention throughout Bangkok. Piengfa is given the chance to perform a ceremonial dance for Lady Lada at a welcoming banquet.
